• The objective of launching this scheme is to finance MSME units for meeting their financial needs for Infrastructural Development/Acquisition! Construction work and also raise debt against future cash flows in the form of rentals from existing real estate property.
  • This Scheme primarily focusses on Tourism Sector, Hospitality Sector & Logistics Sector and Lease discounting finance to MSME Units.

  • for Infrastructural Development/Construction Work/acquisition of real estate i.e. Shops, Warehouses, Shopping complexes, etc. for the purpose of Acquisition / leasing/ renting/ self-occupancy etc.

Note:**Purchase of Land is not permitted under the scheme.

  • Minimum: Rs.0.25 Cr.
  • Maximum: Rs.25.00 Cr.

  • Maximum repayment tenure: 10 years excluding moratorium.
