Star Rewards

Customer can redeem reward points in 2 ways:
1. By login in BOI Mobile Omni Neo Bank App.
In app go to my Profile section -> My Rewards
2. By Login to BOI Star Rewards Program Website – BOI Star Rewardz.
Click on first time user and register for the Program. From next time click on sign in, login and redeem.
Customers can utilize the Points to avail large platform of Goods & Services and Merchandise like Airline tickets | Bus Tickets | Movie Tickets |Merchandize | Gift Vouchers | Mobile & DTH Recharge.
To be able to start redeeming Bank’s Debit Card and Credit Card customers will need to achieve a threshold of 100 Points.
Points will not be accrued if customer do transactions in Restricted Categories: Restricted Categories include “Mutual Fund transactions, Insurance payments, Payments to central/state Government towards Taxes/challan/penalties, Scholl college fees payments, Transaction done using BOI KCC cards, Booking of Railway tickets, Credit card bill payments & Wallet transfer transactions.”
Points need to be redeemed within three years (36 months excluding the month of accrual) of accruing them. Unredeemed Points will expire at the end of 36 months.
Maximum 10,000 points per month can be accumulated by a customer having Debit Card or Credit Card under common customer ID or CIF.
